حصدت مجموعة فقيه للرعاية الصحية جائزة «برنامج الاستدامة لعام 2025» عن فئة الشركات الصغيرة، ضمن جوائز سوق المال السعودي (Saudi Capital Market Awards - SCMA)، التي تنظمها مجموعة تداول السعودية بالتعاون مع جمعية المحللين الماليين المعتمدين (CFA Society Saudi Arabia) وجمعية علاقات المستثمرين في الشرق الأوسط (MEIRA).

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز تقديراً لجهود المجموعة في ترسيخ ممارسات الاستدامة وتعزيز مبادئ البيئة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والحوكمة (ESG)، بما يدعم تطوير قطاع الرعاية الصحية في المملكة العربية السعودية وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.

وقال الدكتور أيمن أسعد عبده، النائب الأول لرئيس مجموعة فقيه للرعاية الصحية: «يعكس هذا التكريم إستراتيجية الاستدامة التي تنتهجها المجموعة، والتي ترتكز على التعاطف وجودة الرعاية والنزاهة. ويؤكد هذا الإنجاز أننا نسير في الاتجاه الصحيح، مع مواصلة التعلم والتطوير والتحسين المستمر».

وأضاف: «الاستدامة في مجموعة فقيه ليست مساراً منفصلاً عن الرعاية الصحية، بل هي جزء أصيل من طريقة عملنا ومن الأثر الذي نحرص على تحقيقه في المجتمعات التي نخدمها. ونعد هذا التكريم حافزاً لمواصلة توسيع هذا الأثر خلال السنوات المقبلة، بإذن الله».

ويأتي هذا التكريم تتويجاً للنتائج الملموسة التي حققتها المجموعة عبر أبعاد الاستدامة الثلاثة. فعلى الصعيد البيئي، وسّعت المجموعة اعتمادها على مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وزادت كميات المياه المعالجة والمعاد استخدامها، في إطار مسارها نحو تحقيق الحياد الكربوني. وعلى الصعيد الاجتماعي، قدّمت الرعاية لنحو 1.7 مليون مريض، وضاعفت ساعات التدريب المخصصة لموظفيها، واستثمرت أكثر من 30 مليون ريال في التعليم والمنح، ودعم المرضى، وتعزيز صحة المجتمع. أما على صعيد الحوكمة، فقد واصلت تطبيق أعلى معايير النزاهة، والأمن السيبراني، وحماية البيانات، بما يعكس التزامها بالشفافية وتعزيز ثقة المساهمين والسوق.

The Faqeeh Healthcare Group has won the "Sustainability Program of 2025" award in the small companies category, as part of the Saudi Capital Market Awards (SCMA), organized by the Saudi Stock Exchange Group in collaboration with the CFA Society Saudi Arabia and the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA).

This achievement comes in recognition of the group's efforts to establish sustainability practices and promote environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, supporting the development of the healthcare sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the highest global standards.

Dr. Ayman Asaad Abdu, the Senior Vice President of Faqeeh Healthcare Group, stated: "This honor reflects the sustainability strategy adopted by the group, which is based on compassion, quality of care, and integrity. This achievement confirms that we are on the right track, while continuing to learn, develop, and improve continuously."

This recognition crowns the tangible results achieved by the group across the three dimensions of sustainability. Environmentally, the group has expanded its reliance on renewable energy sources and increased the amounts of treated and reused water, as part of its path towards achieving carbon neutrality. Socially, it has provided care to approximately 1.7 million patients, doubled the training hours allocated to its employees, and invested over 30 million riyals in education, grants, patient support, and community health enhancement. In terms of governance, it has continued to apply the highest standards of integrity, cybersecurity, and data protection, reflecting its commitment to transparency and enhancing the trust of shareholders and the market.
