أصدرت وزارة التجارة نشرة قطاع الأعمال للربع الثاني من عام 2026، متضمنةً نظرة شاملة لأداء قطاع الأعمال وتطوراته في المملكة.

واستعرضت النشرة إجمالي السجلات التجارية المُصدرة خلال الربع الثاني، التي تجاوزت 71 ألف سجل تجاري، فيما بلغ إجمالي السجلات القائمة أكثر من 1.91 مليون سجل تجاري في جميع مناطق المملكة.

وتضمنت النشرة مؤشرات رئيسية لنمو الأعمال، حيث ارتفع عدد المؤسسات بنسبة 18% خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية ليصل إلى 1.28 مليون مؤسسة، كما تجاوزت سجلات الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة 612 ألف سجل تجاري بنمو 173%.

قطاعات واعدة

وتناولت النشرة تقدم المملكة في المؤشرات المرتبطة بالتجارة في تقرير الكتاب السنوي للتنافسية العالمية، حيث تقدمت للمرتبة الثالثة عالميًا في مؤشر «دعم التشريعات لتأسيس الشركات»، والرابعة عالميًا في مؤشر «تكافؤ الفرص الاقتصادية»، والسابعة عالميًا في مؤشر «الشركات الكبيرة تتسم بالكفاءة وفقًا للمعايير الدولية».

وتطرقت النشرة إلى جاذبية قطاع السياحة وتسارع النمو فيه، إلى جانب الأنشطة في القطاعات الواعدة في رؤية المملكة 2030، مثل: التجارة الإلكترونية، والحوسبة السحابية، والأكاديميات الرياضية، ومدن التسلية والألعاب، وغيرها.

The Ministry of Commerce has issued the Business Sector Bulletin for the second quarter of 2026, including a comprehensive overview of the performance and developments of the business sector in the Kingdom.

The bulletin reviewed the total number of commercial registrations issued during the second quarter, which exceeded 71,000 commercial records, while the total number of active registrations surpassed 1.91 million commercial records across all regions of the Kingdom.

The bulletin included key indicators for business growth, as the number of institutions increased by 18% over the past five years to reach 1.28 million institutions, and the records of limited liability companies exceeded 612,000 commercial records with a growth of 173%.

Promising Sectors

The bulletin addressed the Kingdom's progress in trade-related indicators in the Global Competitiveness Annual Report, where it advanced to the third position globally in the "Support for Legislation to Establish Companies" index, fourth globally in the "Economic Opportunity Equality" index, and seventh globally in the "Large Companies are Efficient According to International Standards" index.

The bulletin also touched on the attractiveness of the tourism sector and its rapid growth, along with activities in promising sectors outlined in the Kingdom's Vision 2030, such as: e-commerce, cloud computing, sports academies, entertainment and gaming cities, and others.
