قال خبراء إن سياسات ولي العهد السعودي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز أحدثت تحولاً هيكلياً عميقاً في المستقبل الجيوسياسي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط. وقالت مجلة «ويكلي بليتز» إن الشرق الأوسط ظل على مدى عقود حاضراً في الجيوبوليتيكا العالمية بسبب موارده الهيدروكربونية الهائلة، وممراته المائية الحيوية، وتحالفاته العسكرية، لكنه صار حالياً أكثر أهمية بسبب القدرة على ربط اقتصاداته باقتصاد العالم، وبشبكات النقل، والأنظمة الرقمية، وسلاسل الإمداد، ما أدى الى زيادة نفوذه الإستراتيجي.

وزادت أنه بالنسبة إلى السعودية في ظل خطة «السعودية 2030» أضحى التحول فرصة تاريخية للمملكة، بفضل تزايد وزنها الدبلوماسي، وصلابة اقتصادها، وإصلاحاتها الطموحة، حتى أصبحت أحد أهم مراكز الربط بين أرجاء العالم. وأشارت المجلة إلى أن أكبر رصيد تملكه السعودية هو موقعها الجغرافي الفريد. وذكرت أن دول العالم الكبيرة، ومنها المملكة، تستثمر بكثافة في الممرات اللوجستية لنقل البضائع، والبيانات، والطاقة، والركاب من قارة الى أخرى. وصارت السعودية جسراً لا غنىً عنه بين آسيا وأفريقيا وأوروبا. وأوضحت أن كل ذلك تأتّى للمملكة بفضل رؤية 2030، التي يرعاها ولي العهد السعودي، وتنص على خطط التحول الهيكلي، والتنويع الاقتصادي، وتحديث البنية الأساسية. وهكذا تجد المملكة نفسها ليست مجرد مورد للطاقة والنفط، بل رابط لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه بين الاقتصادات الإقليمية والأسواق العالمية.

وخلصت «ويكلي بليتز» إلى أن السعودية مهيأة اليوم بفضل موقعها الجغرافي، وثقلها الدبلوماسي لتصبح الموقع الإستراتيجي المميز لاستضافة ما يعرف بـ«مبادرة البحر الأربعة»، الهادفة للربط بين البحر الأحمر، والبحر الأبيض المتوسط، والخليج العربي، وبحر قزوين. وهي مبادرة تستوعب المواصلات، والطاقة، والكهرباء، والاتصالات الرقمية، والسكك الحديد، وخطوط أنابيب النفط، والطرق البرية.

Experts have stated that the policies of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz have brought about a profound structural transformation in the geopolitical future of the Middle East. The magazine "Weekly Blitz" noted that the Middle East has been a significant player in global geopolitics for decades due to its vast hydrocarbon resources, vital waterways, and military alliances, but it has now become even more important due to its ability to connect its economies with the world economy, transportation networks, digital systems, and supply chains, leading to an increase in its strategic influence.

It added that for Saudi Arabia, under the "Saudi Vision 2030" plan, this transformation has become a historic opportunity for the Kingdom, thanks to its growing diplomatic weight, the resilience of its economy, and its ambitious reforms, making it one of the most important hubs connecting different parts of the world. The magazine pointed out that Saudi Arabia's greatest asset is its unique geographical location. It mentioned that major countries around the world, including the Kingdom, are heavily investing in logistical corridors for transporting goods, data, energy, and passengers from one continent to another. Saudi Arabia has become an indispensable bridge between Asia, Africa, and Europe. It explained that all of this has come to the Kingdom thanks to Vision 2030, which is sponsored by the Saudi Crown Prince and outlines plans for structural transformation, economic diversification, and infrastructure modernization. Thus, the Kingdom finds itself not just a supplier of energy and oil, but an essential link between regional economies and global markets.

Weekly Blitz concluded that Saudi Arabia is today well-positioned, thanks to its geographical location and diplomatic weight, to become the distinctive strategic site for hosting what is known as the "Four Seas Initiative," aimed at connecting the Red Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, the Arabian Gulf, and the Caspian Sea. This initiative encompasses transportation, energy, electricity, digital communications, railways, oil pipelines, and roadways.
