كشف التقرير الشهري للتداول والملكية حسب الجنسية الصادر عن «تداول» السعودية أن صافي مبيعات المؤسسات الأجنبية في شهر يوليو 2026 بلغ نحو 728.2 مليون ريال، إذ بلغت مشترياتهم نحو 33.86 مليار ريال مقابل مبيعات بقيمة 34.59 مليار ريال.

ووفقاً للتقرير، استحوذت المؤسسات الأجنبية على 39.33% من إجمالي المشتريات في يوليو، وعلى 40.18% من إجمالي المبيعات.

السعوديون والأجانب

وسجل إجمالي الأفراد الأجانب صافي مشتريات بقيمة 71.1 مليون ريال. وسجل إجمالي الأفراد السعوديين صافي مبيعات بنحو 1.06 مليار ريال. وبلغ صافي مشتريات المؤسسات السعودية الإجمالي نحو 1.54 مليار ريال، إذ بلغ صافي مشتريات الشركات نحو 1.29 مليار ريال، وصافي مشتريات الصناديق الاستثمارية نحو 346.6 مليون ريال، وصافي مشتريات المحافظ المدارة للمؤسسات نحو 122.1 مليون ريال، في المقابل بلغ صافي مبيعات الجهات الحكومية نحو 222.6 مليون ريال.

The monthly report on trading and ownership by nationality issued by "Tadawul" in Saudi Arabia revealed that the net sales of foreign institutions in July 2026 amounted to approximately 728.2 million riyals, with their purchases reaching about 33.86 billion riyals against sales valued at 34.59 billion riyals.

According to the report, foreign institutions accounted for 39.33% of total purchases in July and 40.18% of total sales.

Saudis and Foreigners

The total net purchases by foreign individuals recorded a value of 71.1 million riyals. The total net sales by Saudi individuals amounted to approximately 1.06 billion riyals. The total net purchases by Saudi institutions reached about 1.54 billion riyals, with net purchases by companies around 1.29 billion riyals, net purchases by investment funds approximately 346.6 million riyals, and net purchases by managed portfolios for institutions about 122.1 million riyals. In contrast, the net sales by government entities amounted to around 222.6 million riyals.
