السعودية تطلق تعديلات هيكلية لتطوير سوق المشتقات المالية

أطلقت «تداول السعودية» وشركة مركز مقاصة الأوراق المالية «مقاصة» اليوم حزمة من التعديلات الهيكلية في سوق المشتقات المالية، تشمل خفض الرسوم وإعفاءات لمدة عام وتعديل آليات صناعة السوق، في خطوة تستهدف تعزيز السيولة وتوسيع مشاركة المستثمرين الأفراد والمؤسسات.خفض رسوم

وتستهدف التعديلات العقود المستقبلية لمؤشر «إم تي 30» (MT30) والعقود المستقبلية للأسهم المفردة. وتشمل خفض رسوم التداول والمقاصة والرسوم التنظيمية ورسوم التسوية النهائية، إلى جانب إعفاء كامل لمدة عام من رسوم تداول العقود المستقبلية ورسوم التسوية النهائية، بحسب بيان نشرته سوق الأسهم السعودية «تداول».

ومنحت «مقاصة» إعفاءات إضافية من الرسوم المرتبطة بالحسابات المنفصلة الإضافية للضمانات وخدمات التخلي والتلقي، في إطار مساعيها لخفض تكلفة المشاركة وتنشيط التداول في سوق المشتقات.

رفع الكفاءة

وأجرت «مقاصة» مراجعة لمستويات الهامش وعززت آليات المقاصة بين الهوامش عبر تواريخ الاستحقاق المختلفة ومنتجات العقود المستقبلية، بما يستهدف رفع كفاءة استخدام رأس المال. وأطلقت الشركة حاسبة للهامش عبر موقعها الإلكتروني لتمكين الأعضاء من احتساب متطلبات الهامش لمنتجات المشتقات المدرجة.

وقال المدير التنفيذي لـ«تداول السعودية» محمد الرميح: «إن تطوير سوق المشتقات يأتي ضمن الأولويات الإستراتيجية للشركة، من خلال تمكين المشاركين وتعزيز عمق السوق والاستثمار في البنية التحتية بما يدعم تنافسية السوق المالية السعودية إقليمياً وعالمياً».

"Saudi Exchange" and the Securities Clearing Center "Muqassa" launched today a package of structural amendments in the derivatives market, including fee reductions, one-year exemptions, and adjustments to market-making mechanisms, in a move aimed at enhancing liquidity and expanding the participation of individual and institutional investors.
Fee Reductions


The amendments target the futures contracts for the "MT30" index and single stock futures contracts. They include reductions in trading, clearing, regulatory, and final settlement fees, along with a full one-year exemption from trading fees for futures contracts and final settlement fees, according to a statement published by the Saudi stock market "Tadawul".


Additionally, "Muqassa" granted further exemptions from fees related to additional separate accounts for collateral and services for clearing and receiving, as part of its efforts to reduce participation costs and stimulate trading in the derivatives market.


Enhancing Efficiency


"Muqassa" conducted a review of margin levels and enhanced clearing mechanisms between margins across different expiration dates and futures contract products, aiming to improve the efficiency of capital utilization. The company launched a margin calculator on its website to enable members to calculate margin requirements for listed derivatives products.


The CEO of "Saudi Exchange," Mohammed Al-Rumaih, stated: "The development of the derivatives market is among the strategic priorities of the company, through empowering participants, enhancing market depth, and investing in infrastructure to support the competitiveness of the Saudi financial market regionally and globally."
